  1. Wow Cody I loved both of your stories, and I like that you chose to center your portfolio around sports! I really enjoyed the basketball story because I felt the suspense from the first moment you mentioned the money situation. It was heartbreaking to read that his father had ruined his chances at collegiate basketball even though I could tell it was heading that way form the beginning. It was nice to have your soccer story to balance out the sad and happy. I liked how he never gave up, and his hard work really did pay off in the end. I am excited to see what your third story will be when it gets added to the pile. It would be awesome to have a different sport in the mix, and then it would be like a little trio of sports! Good luck with the rest of your project and the semester!

  2. Hi Cody!
It is really cool to see a portfolio from a different class. It seems that our classes are set up the same so it was easy to follow the set up of your blog. I liked looking through your stories because all of the characters and plot was new to me. Both of the stories are well written and interesting to read. One suggestion I would have for you is to add some pictures to your introduction post. I think this can accomplish two things. One, it will draw people to your portfolio. Two, It will give a little more information about each story. I think a picture that relates to your description would add to the depth of your portfolio. Great job of your stories and blog overall.
I hope you had a good spring break!
I look forward to reading more from your blog.
